Butterflies and Flowers

Hello, it's Kathy here with this week's weekend inspiration spot
have you checked out the latest downloads in the Funky Hand Shop?
Among the newest goodies you will find a gorgeous paper collection called "Fading Beauty",  I'd like to share a couple of cards I've made using these beautiful papers.  For both cards I've printed my chosen patterns onto textured white Bazzill card - if you click on the images you'll get a closer look and will be able to see how well a little texture works with the designs

EK Success border punch

Spellbinders Butterfly
Spellbinders leaf swirl

Spellbionders Labels 26 (I think)
 DieNamics Flourish
Flower petals cut on Silhouette
Green and Pink Pearls
WRMK Corner Chomper
Printed Greeting

What I love about this collection is how completely timeless it is and how easy it is to pull together a pretty card with these papers and a few die cuts.  If you look closely at these cards you'll realise how simple they are - apart from the pearls on the second one there are no fiddly "extras" - just the gorgeous papers some die cuts, punchies and a few blobs of dimensional glue. TaDah!

I just know already that it's a set I already know I'll return to again and again because the designs are so lovely and work so brilliantly together.
At only £2.99 it's a bargain too!

here's a little peek at the full paper set to tempt you even more
If you scroll through the last few posts on here you'll find more of the DT's projects made with these papers - and you can check out a whole gallery of
