He's making a list..

.. he's checking it twice!  Oh dear I think I should stop the singing right now!  It's Anice here today to share my inspiration creation with you for this months fab challenge set by Amanda.  Christmas is for the kids so how hard can it be to create something with them in mind?  Well, I'd decided that I didn't want to make a card for this challenge but it took me a while to come up with an idea.  I did in the end and here it is, a Christmas Clipboard for making a list to send to Father Christmas..

In the very near future I will be adding a video explaining how I created this clipboard so, keep a look out on the Funky Hand website  www.funkyhand.com on my blog Funky Hand Thoughts and our Funky Hand Facebook page. There will be a free download of the list for you as well so it will be easy as could be to create one of these for your kids..or even just yourself!!

You can see in this picture a little better that I covered the front of the board with glitter and I was covered in it for a whole day!  It wouldn't wash off no matter what I used..it just had to wear off. So, I am hoping that means it wont come off over everything when I pass it on to the children in our family.  Anyway, back to the clipboard. The papers I used to create the clipboard are from one of my latest download Christmas backing paper collections Trad Ole Christmas

At the top of the 'letter' to Father Christmas I have added the beginning of the letter..on the free download I have created two versions one with 'Father Christmas' the other 'Santa' so whatever you prefer to use is covered.

This is the bottom of the letter on the clipboard.  I wanted to end the letter for the kids by saying they would be happy for whatever he could bring them..just incase they had asked for a horse, quadbike or a new brother or sister!!  Then there's a space for them to sign their name.  Once it's completed they can send it up the chimney to him or put it in the post to the North Pole.

I hope to have the video ready very soon so you can see how easy it is to create this sweet little Christmas clipboard.

You have until the 14th to get your entries into this months challenge so a few more days.  See if you can spare an hour to have a go at creating something and sharing it with us here.  If you don't have a blog, don't worry you can add you creation to our Facebook page.  We'd love to see any creation you make. Remember there is only one rule here and that is for you to use at least ONE Funky Hand product in your entry to be eligible for the download prize.  Every month I make that easy for you if you don't have any Funky Hand products there is a Funky Freebie backing paper download on my website that is Free and you can use that!

Looking forward to seeing what you are inspired to create.
