Hello peeps!!!
Well this is a little later than planned due to Mr. Blogger eating up my scheduled post with its problems over the last day or so but better late than never here is my spots and stripes make for our Deb's Funky Fifteenth challenge this month.
A quick reminder that this months gorgeous rainbow stripey Get Funky! Freebie Download backing paper is still available on the funky hand website but you had best be quick as the freebie will only be available until the 14th of May as a new challenge will start on the 15th and there will be a new freebie download paper there then.
I used the extremely gorgeous January Blues colourway from the Craft The Year Away cd for my card, incorporating some of the super sweet digi stamps from the workspace on the inside too.
And speaking of the workspace this is a screen shot of how awesome it is because you can plan your entire card on one sheet of A4 paper and print it out. This screen shot shows the pram layer that I nestied along with some of the matting on the front of the card. The spots and stripes paper were again halfed and printed out on another sheet.
So peeps, my apologies again for this little bit of inspiration and Lou waffle being late!! bad Mr. Blogger!!!
Hugs Lou xxxx
Oh Lou, this is VERY nice. I love the combination of the two images. xxx
ReplyDeleteFabulous card Lou, I've loved it from the minute I first saw it! A very clever and perfect baby card
ReplyDeleteBad Mr Blogger indeed. Have been waiting to load up my entry for 2 days and thought I was going to miss the deadline. Phew! Love your entry using the cd. Have just got my first one and the designs and patterns are fab and everything else that you can do on too.
ReplyDeleteI really like the way you have chosen different scales for your spots and stripes and this is a great baby card. Better late than never but I did miss blogging yesterday.
ReplyDeleteWonderful card as always Lou. Thanks for showing how you were able to use the workspace on the Papercraft Factory CDs to save ink and paper and make such a lovely card.
