Get Funky Challenge - July - Something New

Can you believe that it is July already? Where has the year gone?! And because it is the first of the month, it is time for another Get Funky Challenge! This month I (Ruth) am your host and I've set set the challenge as:

Something New

This can be for a new baby, new house, new job, new life together - anything as long it is something new occasion! Now the majority of the Design Team have made this challenge into a double whammy by using the very brand new cd which has not yet been launched called Colour Me Happy!

This is a fantastic cd and is in the same format as the previous one - Dreams Come True. Once again there are wonderful zingy colour collections with fantastic names plus word books that you can pick the letter colours and an array of digi stamps that can be resized right upto A4 without any quality loss.

To enter the challenge, the rules are simple - follow the brief and use at least one Funky Hand product in your creation. The deadline is 31 July and please link directly to the blog post and not just your blog as this makes our life a lot easier!

Now onto the Design Team samples!

Allison has used two of the digi stamps from Colour Me Happy to create this wonderful rustic new home card

Dolly has gone for a new baby theme and made a wordbook using the wordbook element on the new cd Colour Me Happy

Enfys has also used Colour Me Happy digi stamps on this new house card and used the very sweet gingham papers to paper piece the house

Jules, with her trademark heart, has created such elegant Wedding Stationery to celebrate a new life together with pink and chocolate papers from Colour Me Happy

Lythan's card is a funky fun creation with lots of layers and simple clean lines - just great for a new home! Again, papers all from Colour Me Happy

Kathy's "Welcome, Little One" card  uses papers from Colour Me Happy too.  The cute elephant is from the image collection you'll also find on the CD

I've broken with tradition and used papers from The Funky One - Anice's very first cd! This is a first year photo book made to celebrate a new baby and matches my sample for June!

Good luck in entering!
